New Smyrna Beach has been described as "Old Florida." We like to take that to heart with our family owned and operated motel. Blue Heron Motel has been a fixture on US-1 in New Smyrna Beach for many years and is a reminder of a simpler and slower time. Our motel consist of 10 units, of which 6 are motel rooms, with 4 rooms having 2 double beds and 2 with one double bed and one twin bed. The remaining 4 rooms are efficiencies with full kitchens and either a king or a queen size bed.
